Check-in was streamlined and fairly simple. The check in is no-contact and a clerk will do a live call from a screen in from of you. For foreigners, after providing/scanning hotel passports, they'll confirm your period of stay, go over the provided amenities, and then print out your room key cards and room number on a separate receipt. The room was very spacious and the TV was displaying I all the information needed for hotel and beyond. The information was super useful for foreign visitors. The bathroom was also very clean and the bath itself was well made. Despite being in the middle of the city, it was a really quiet and enjoyable stay. Location was supremely good with how close the station was, convenience store right next to floor one elevator, Johnny's next to the hotel on floor two, and being literally at the heart of Akihabara. You will enjoy Akihabara and Tokyo overall staying here.

The hotel is very conveniently next to a big subway station that allows easy accessibility to anywhere. The hotel is pretty new however the size of the room was challenging for 2 people, there was not enough counter space to put anything on nor enough floor space to open your luggage. Although the bathroom and shower were a decent size. I appreciated that the hotel had washing machine services but they were always occupied and because the hotel does not remove unattended clothes, hotel guests often left their clothes in washing machines and inconvenienced us. There is a restaurant called Jonathan's attached to hotel and it has great breakfast buffet (no need to buy buffet pass at hotel, it's same price if you pay directly at restaurant)

The hotel is conveniently located right next to the Akihabara Station. We arrived prior to 3 pm and were able to quickly check in via the kiosk in the lobby. I had luggage shipped from my previous hotel in Shinjuku (while I went to Kyoto) and was able to retrieve my suitcases upon arrival. I was weary that the busy location would be reflected in my room, however, there wasn't any noise coming from the trains or the busy street below. My room was small but clean and had all the amenities I needed to be able to shower and sleep the night before departing for Haneda. Would recommend and definitely return if staying in Akiba.

We found the location, right next to the Akihabara JR station and a metro station to be very convenient, especially when it was raining. The room was modern and well equipped. Our room faced the street and not the train tracks but the street noise did not enter the room. The buffet breakfast served in the restaurant on the 2nd floor had a very good variety of food and seemed to be a relatively good value for Tokyo.

The location is fantastic! 2 stops to Tokyo station, lots of cafes and shops all around Akihabara. Didn’t have to walk very far to see anything and everything. The staff at the hotel were lovely but there were self service machines for check in and out if you didn’t want to speak to them. They went above and beyond the whole time we stayed there. Clean. Drinks and ice. Above a convenience store!
